Martin Bodenham & Trevor Jones know about investment, after all they are the brains behind Advantage Capital and advise on private equity investments. When they saw Julia’s art gallery they decided to buy art on line for their offices. Julia visited their central London offices and quickly found they loved blue, so it was arranged she would make some art for their offices, a series of paintings on aluminium in aquamarines.
Art for interior design
Rupert Verdi of Keatons, London estate agents had already invested a lot in refurbishing their offices and showrooms and wanted art as part of their interior design. He said “we found Julia’s art on line, we knew we wanted her distinctive, cool modern look. Julia met us on site and two weeks later she came back with her ideas. We chose eye-catching horizontals of pinks & reds. And it really worked..... people notice us... they come in and photo the paintings!”
